PRIVATE UTILITY LOCATES
Before excavation commences on private property, it's essential to recognize that privately-owned buried facilities could be present within the work area. These facilities require marking before any ground disturbance activities begin. It's important to note that privately-owned buried facilities will not be marked when obtaining locates through 811. We collaborate with excavators and private landowners to mark privately-owned buried facilities located on private property beyond the demarcation point, providing a Private Locate. Through our Private Locate Process, we ensure all private facilities are identified before any digging occurs on private property.
INDOOR PRIVATE UTILITY LOCATES / CONCRETE SCANNING
Undertaking indoor renovation and investigation projects often presents challenges when cutting or coring a concrete slab. Electrical conduits, communication lines, and post-tension cables may be embedded within or just beneath the concrete floor. Additionally, disturbing rebar within a concrete building floor may not be desirable. It's crucial to scan the work area for buried infrastructure before saw cutting, coring, or drilling inside a building. Our highly trained, skilled, and experienced technicians utilize a combination of electromagnetic locate equipment and high-frequency ground penetrating radar for every indoor project to ensure safety and precision.
811 UTILITY LOCATE VERIFICATION

SEWER UTILITY LOCATES
When conducting sewer locates, we utilize a small transmitter (sonde) inserted into non-conductive sewer pipes. Our approach incorporates CCTV Sewer cameras equipped with a sonde, enabling us to identify blockages, directional changes in pipes, and tee connections accurately. This comprehensive method ensures thorough inspection and precise identification of sewer infrastructure, facilitating efficient maintenance and excavation processes.
DESIGN LOCATES
We provide Design Locates for clients that need all the public and private buried facilities located and mapped on private property. Our design services provide customers with accurate and reliable utility mapping for surveyors, architects, project managers, utility owners, designers, engineers, and contractors.
